To address the moisture at its source, our crew completed a full crawl space encapsulation with a drainage system. A TripleSafe sump pump was installed to manage water intrusion, with discharge routed through an IceGuard and LawnScape outlet for year-round reliability. Drainage matting was laid beneath a durable 20-mil moisture barrier, and a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier was added to control humidity and help prevent future mold growth.
