Moisture Issues
Checking moisture and relative humidity levels in this crawl space. These levels are very high, which creates a breeding ground for mold and mildew, leading to structural damage.
Crawl Space Before Project Begins
Moisture, mold and falling, failing insulation are problems in this crawl space, which hasn't been properly sealed. The encapsulation treatment totally separates and protects the crawl space interior from outdoor conditions, keeping the space clean and dry.
Debris Removed
All the debris, including the falling insulation and old vapor barrier have been removed so we can start the project.
Drainage Matting
Drainage matting forms a permanent seal for leaking crawl space floors.
Piers Wrapped with CleanSpace
Piers are wrapped in CleanSpace® poly to create a continuous air and moisture barrier.
Drainage Lines
Drainage lines are installed leading from the sump pump out of the structure completely.

TripleSafe Sump Pump
Our most reliable sump pump system, the TripleSafe™ Sump Pump System, provides three levels of protection for your crawl space and your peace of mind. For normal functioning, the TripleSafe™ has a powerful, cast-iron Zoeller® ⅓ horsepower sump pump set at the lowest level. For heavy volumes of water or in case of primary pump failure, a second, more powerful Zoeller® ½ hp pump set a bit higher in the liner will take over.
New Framing Built
New framing is built to install the new crawl space door, making it as secure as possible.

Our EverLast™ Crawl Space Doors are created with ½" thick solid plastic, and they will never rust, rot, or need paint. Sturdy knobs allow for easy access and ensure a tight seal for many years to come.
