This customer in Pulaski, TN, called Frontier after noticing a sagging crawl space floor. We decided on SmartJacks to stabilize the sagging floors and an encapsulation to address the moisture issues. Once the structure was stabilized with our SmartJack system, we started the encapsulation process. This included installing our StarPipe crawl space drainage system, Drainage Matting, CleanSpace Liner, a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier, TripleSafe Sump Pump, and IceGuard and LawnScape System.

LawnScape System

LawnScape™ is a pipe buried from the downspout to a special LawnScape™ outlet that lets the water out onto the surface while camouflaging the end of the pipe. The lid comes off for easy cleaning. LawnScape™ is best used for downspout extensions over 8' long.
