Drainage system
A drainage system is installed along the perimeter of the crawl space where water was pooling.

An EverLast door keeps the crawl space sealed, so air is not flowing in and out.
RimTite Sealing
Frontier uses RimTite to ensure air is not leaking in through gaps where plumbing enters the crawl space. Crawl Space vents are sealed.
Soda Blasting Results
Soda blasting was used to remove existing mold from the floor joists, helping prevent mold spores from continuing to spread throughout the crawl space.
Moldy Floor Joists
Mold was growing on the wood in this crawl space, contaminating the air.
Ineffective Vapor Barrier
The past vapor barrier with open vents was not keeping the crawl space dry and clean.

In the lowest parts of the crawl space, water was pooling.
