This customer in Buchanan, TN, called Frontier after noticing a sagging crawl space floor. We decided on SmartJacks to stabilize the sagging floors and an encapsulation to address the moisture issues. Once the structure was stabilized with our SmartJack system, we started the encapsulation process. This included installing our Drainage matting, CleanSpace liner, and a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier.
