This customer in Thompsons Station, TN, called Frontier due to moisture issues and a sagging crawl space. We decided on a crawl space encapsulation to address the moisture and SmartJacks to stabilize the unlevel floors. Once the structure was stabilized with our SmartJack system, we started the encapsulation process. This included installing Drainage matting, CleanSpace liner, a TripleSafe sump pump, and a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. We finished this project by installing an IceGuard and LawnScape system.
