Our team began by clearing the crawl space, removing the failing vapor barrier, and clearing out debris. Next, we implemented a comprehensive moisture control solution: we laid down drainage matting, encapsulated the area with our CleanSpace liner, and sealed off the vents to block outside air. To ensure the environment stays dry, we installed a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. We wrapped up the project by securing the entry with a new EverLast crawl space door.
