Crawl Space During Inspection
Moisture, mold and falling, failing insulation are problems in this crawl space, which hasn't been properly sealed. Crawl space sealing and insulation will help you avoid unnecessary repairs, create a healthier living space, and save money on your utility bills.
Mold Issues
Mold is growing on the wooden floor joists. The insulation will be removed, and the mold treated with Soda Blasting.
Mold Treated and StarPipe Installed
StarPipe™ is designed to be an easily installed conduit to accept water from the soil and surface of perimeter walls of your crawl space and drain to a sump system, allowing the water to quickly evacuate from the crawl space.
Piers Wrapped and Drainage Matting Installed
Piers are wrapped in CleanSpace® poly to create a continuous air and moisture barrier. Drainage matting is also installed on the crawl space floor. This dimpled plastic sheet material promotes good drainage over the entire crawl space floor.
Vents Sealed with SilverGlo Panels
Sealing your crawl space vents stops the cycle of cold, humidity, and moisture entering from the outside air.
The SaniDry Sedona
The Sedona easily fits in small crawl spaces, yet has a powerful blower to effectively dry large crawl spaces.
TripleSafe Sump Pump
Our most reliable sump pump system, the TripleSafe™ Sump Pump System, provides three levels of protection for your crawl space and your peace of mind. For normal functioning, the TripleSafe™ has a powerful, cast-iron Zoeller® ⅓ horsepower sump pump set at the lowest level. For heavy volumes of water or in case of primary pump failure, a second, more powerful Zoeller® ½ hp pump set a bit higher in the liner will take over.
IceGuard and LawnScape System
Water escapes from the IceGuard® fitting only when the discharge line becomes clogged. Otherwise, water flows past the slotted openings into the drain pipe. LawnScape™ is a pipe buried from the downspout to a special LawnScape™ outlet that lets the water out onto the surface while camouflaging the end of the pipe. The lid comes off for easy cleaning. LawnScape™ is best used for downspout extensions over 8' long.
