Jennifer in Nashville, TN, reached out to Frontier after a friend recommended us. Working from home, she began noticing moisture and a musty smell inside, early signs of a crawl space issue. Wanting to protect her home’s value for the long term, she scheduled an inspection with our Design Specialist, Chad. After a full evaluation, Chad recommended a complete crawl space encapsulation with a TripleSafe® Complete pump system. Once on site, our crew got to work sealing the crawl space vents with SilverGlo® insulated panels and installing CleanSpace® Drainage Matting. The foreman excavated a space for the TripleSafe® sump pump, clearing rock and debris to ensure proper drainage. Midway through the project, our Appointment Center Manager even jumped in to lend a hand, helping roll out the CleanSpace® 20-mil moisture barrier and assisting with the sump pump installation. Outside, the team installed two IceGuards® and a LawnScape® outlet to safely discharge water from the pump. The project wrapped up with a SaniDry™ Sedona dehumidifier and a durable EverLast™ Door to keep the space dry, sealed, and protected. Jennifer can now breathe easier knowing her crawl space is protected, and her home is set up for long-term comfort and stability.
