Working from home, the client began noticing moisture and a musty smell inside, early signs of a crawl space issue. The crawl space had standing water inside, contributing to the moisture inside.
Excavation for Sump Pump
The foreman excavated a space for the TripleSafe® sump pump, clearing rock and debris to ensure proper drainage.
CleanSpace® 20-mil moisture barrier
Midway through the project, our Appointment Center Manager even jumped in to lend a hand, helping roll out the CleanSpace® 20-mil moisture barrier and assisting with the sump pump installation.
SilverGlo® insulated panels and CleanSpace® Drainage Matting
Once on site, our crew got to work sealing the crawl space vents with SilverGlo® insulated panels and installing CleanSpace® Drainage Matting.

The crawl space is now fully encapsulated.
SaniDry Sedona and TripleSafe® sump pump
The team installed a sump pump to discharge water from the crawl space. A SaniDry Sedona was installed to remove humidity from the space and protect the floor joists.
Ice Guards
Outside, the team installed two IceGuards® and a LawnScape® outlet to safely discharge water from the pump.
