Interior Cracking
Interior cracking is visible in the home due to sinking crawl space supports. Columns can sink or settle due to weak soils, creating a gap between the top of the columns and the bottom of the girders they used to support. This causes a chain reaction in which the column settles, the girder sags, and the floors above begin to fail.
Crawl Space Before Project
During the inspection, pooling water is visible on the old vapor barrier. Crawl space sealing and insulation will help you avoid unnecessary repairs, create a healthier living space, and save money on your utility bills. Crawl Space Drainage System
StarPipe™ is designed to be an easily installed conduit to accept water from the soil and surface of perimeter walls of your crawl space and drain to a sump system, allowing the water to quickly evacuate from the crawl space or from under the crawl space floor.

The SmartJack Crawl Space Stabilizer is an adjustable supplemental support system used for sagging crawl spaces. It not only provides supplemental support to your failing structure -- it can also often lift failing floor joists or beams, restoring them to their original position.

The SaniDry Sedona
The Sedona easily fits in small crawl spaces, yet has a powerful blower to effectively dry large crawl spaces. Mold and mildew are common in crawl spaces, but the Sedona keeps the relative humidity below 55%, so mold won't stand a chance. As a high-efficiency dehumidifier, the Sedona removes more moisture (100 pints per day) for less electricity cost than conventional models.
TripleSafe Sump Pump
Our most reliable sump pump system, the TripleSafe™ Sump Pump System, provides three levels of protection for your crawl space and your peace of mind. For normal functioning, the TripleSafe™ has a powerful, cast-iron Zoeller® ⅓ horsepower sump pump set at the lowest level. For heavy volumes of water or in case of primary pump failure, a second, more powerful Zoeller® ½ hp pump set a bit higher in the liner will take over.
IceGuard and LawnScape System
Water escapes from the IceGuard® fitting only when the discharge line becomes clogged. Otherwise, water flows past the slotted openings into the drain pipe. LawnScape™ is a pipe buried from the downspout to a special LawnScape™ outlet that lets the water out onto the surface while camouflaging the end of the pipe. The lid comes off for easy cleaning. LawnScape™ is best used for downspout extensions over 8' long.
