This customer in Gilbertsville, KY, called Frontier due to moisture issues in their crawl space. To start the project, we removed all the moisture-soaked debris and insulation. To fix the moisture issues, we installed drainage matting, a CleanSpace liner, sealed the crawl space vents, and installed our SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. We finished this project by installing our IceGuard and LawnScape system.

Crawl Space During Inspection

LawnScape Installed

LawnScape™ is a pipe buried from the downspout to a special LawnScape™ outlet that lets the water out onto the surface while camouflaging the end of the pipe. The lid comes off for easy cleaning. LawnScape™ is best used for downspout extensions over 8' long.
