Crawl Space Repair Photo Album: Crawl Space Encapsulation in Nashville, TN

This customer in Nashville, TN, called Frontier due to moisture and mold issues in their crawl space. To start the project, we cleaned out all the moisture-soaked debris and treated the mold. To fix the moisture issues, we completed a complete crawl space encapsulation. This process began with the installation of our StarPipe crawl space drainage system, drainage matting, a CleanSpace liner, adding SilverGlo panels to the crawl space walls, and installing our TripleSafe sump pump and SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. We finished this project by installing an IceGuard and LawnScape drainage system and a new EverLast crawl space door.

Crawl Space During Inspection

Moisture, mold and falling, and failing insulation are problems in this crawl space, which hasn't been properly sealed. The encapsulation treatment totally separates and protects the crawl space interior from outdoor conditions, keeping the space clean and dry.
