This customer in Jackson, TN, called Frontier due to moisture issues and unlevel floors in the home. We decided on a crawl space encapsulation to address the moisture and SmartJacks to stabilize the unlevel floors. Once the structure was stabilized with our SmartJack system, we started the encapsulation process. This included installing SilverGlo panels to seal the crawl space vents, Drainage matting, CleanSpace liner, and a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. We finished this project by installing a new secure EverLast crawl space door.

Crawl Space During Inspection

Dust, debris, dripping insulation, and pooling water can all be seen during the inspection. To seal this crawl space all of this debris will removed before we start adding our water proofing products.

Piers Wrapped

The crawl space piers are wrapped in CleanSpace® poly to create a continuous air and moisture barrier.

Drainage Matting Installed

Drainage matting is fully installed over the crawl space floor. This dimpled plastic sheet material promotes good drainage over the entire crawl space floor.
