Crawl Space Repair Photo Album: Crawl Space Encapsulation in Nashville, TN

To protect the space from future moisture issues, Frontier installed a CleanSpace 20-mil high-performance moisture barrier with CleanSpace Drainage Matting beneath for improved water flow and protection. The CleanSpace wall liner was applied to the crawl space walls up to 4 feet high to complete the encapsulation system. For humidity and air quality control, the team installed two SaniDry Sedona dehumidifiers and air filtration systems. To handle water removal, two TripleSafe Complete Pump Systems were installed and discharged outside the home through two IceGuards and a LawnScape outlet, ensuring reliable year-round drainage and protection.

Before the Encapsulation

The crawl space has block walls with a gravel floor. Without encapsulation, moisture will build in the crawl space.
