Inside the Crawl Space Vent
Moisture is seeping into the crawl space where the plumbing exists in the building because it is not sealed correctly.

Open Crawl Space Vent
Vents that open towards the sky create a well that pools water, pressuring water into the crawl space.

Efflorescence on the Walls
Moisture is also seeping through the concrete, leading to efflorescence.

Water Pooling by the Drain
An ineffective drain becomes clogged, leading to pooling water and moisture in the crawl space.

Making Space for the Sump Pump
Frontier is jackhammering a hole in the crawl space floor to insert a Triple Safe pump.

CleanSpace Drainage Matting
Clean Space Drainage Matting is installed under the CleanSpace moisture barrier to allow any water to flow towards the pumps.

Drainage System
A Crawl Space Drainage System is installed to direct water out of the building.

Triple Safe pump and SaniDry Sedona
To regulate humidity and air quality, a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier and air filtration system was installed. Frontier also ran new circuits for the dehumidifier and pump systems to ensure reliable operation.

CleanSpace wall liner
A CleanSpace wall liner was also added to fully encapsulate and protect the space.

Ice Guard
The drainage lines and sump pumps were discharged on both sides of the building through IceGuards and LawnScape outlets to ensure proper water flow and freeze protection.
