We decided on sealing the crawl space to address the moisture and SmartJacks to stabilize the sagging structure. Once the structure was stabilized with our SmartJack system, we started the sealing process. This included installing SilverGlo panels to seal the vents, Drainage matting, and a new CleanSpace vapor barrier.
