Outdated Sump Pump

Upgraded Sump Pump
To help control moisture, we replaced the old sump pump with a TripleSafe Liner that includes an Air-Tight Lid Kit and WaterWatch Alarm to detect plumbing leaks. We finished by installing an M63 1/3 HP Upgraded Pump and extending the discharge line to keep water moving away from the home.

Stabilizing the Floor
We also shimmed the existing columns to meet code requirements and added a joint assist bracket for extra support.

Smart Jacks
To stabilize the home, our crew installed two HSS Cut-Off Supplemental Beams and five SmartJacks.
