Crawl Space During Inspection
In this photo during our inspection, debris can be seen all over the old vapor barrier as well as some spots of pooling water. When we start this project, we will remove the old vapor barrier so we have a clean area to start installing our waterproofing products.

Humidity Levels
Checking the humidity levels in the crawl space during our inspection. This reading is quite high. If the moisture is not controlled soon mold will start to grow and eventually lead to more issues like wood rot and structural problems.

Drainage Matting Installed
Drainage matting is installed once all the debris has been removed. This matting promotes waterflow underneath is, so it never enters the sealed crawl space.

CleanSpace Liner
One key ingredient in our encapsulation system is the CleanSpace® vapor barrier, a super-durable 20-mil plastic sheet designed to permanently prevent moisture, outside air, and pests from entering your crawl space.

SilverGlow Panels
SilverGlo panels are installed over the open crawl space vents and sealed with spray foam insulation to keep and outside air from entering the crawl space.

SaniDry Sedona
The Sedona easily fits in small crawl spaces, yet has a powerful blower to effectively dry large crawl spaces. Mold and mildew are common in crawl spaces, but the Sedona keeps the relative humidity below 55%, so mold won't stand a chance. As a high-efficiency dehumidifier, the Sedona removes more moisture (100 pints per day) for less electricity cost than conventional models.

Project Complete
Now that this crawl space is completely sealed, this project is complete. Sealing your crawl space stops the cycle of cold, humidity, and moisture entering from the outside air.
