Crawl Space During Inspection
During the inspection, water damage is clearly visible. The old sump pump is no longer working and is backing up, leaking water and mud over the crawl space floors.
Debris Removed
All the old debris is removed from the crawl space.
StarPipe™ Installed
StarPipe™ is a custom-engineered drainage system for crawl spaces. StarPipe's™ custom design has slots on each side, providing a drainage track on the bottom. StarPipe's™ unique star shape holds the fabric sleeve in place to prevent dirt from entering drainage slots.
Drainage Matting Installed
This dimpled plastic sheet material promotes good drainage over the entire crawl space floor.
Piers Wrapped
Piers are wrapped in CleanSpace® poly to create a continuous air and moisture barrier.
TripleSafe Sump Pump
Our most reliable sump pump system, the TripleSafe™ Sump Pump System, provides three levels of protection for your crawl space and your peace of mind. For normal functioning, the TripleSafe™ has a powerful, cast-iron Zoeller® ⅓ horsepower sump pump set at the lowest level. For heavy volumes of water or in case of primary pump failure, a second, more powerful Zoeller® ½ hp pump set a bit higher in the liner will take over.
The SaniDry Sedona
The Sedona easily fits in small crawl spaces, yet has a powerful blower to effectively dry large crawl spaces. Mold and mildew are common in crawl spaces, but the Sedona keeps the relative humidity below 55%, so mold won't stand a chance. As a high-efficiency dehumidifier, the Sedona removes more moisture (100 pints per day) for less electricity cost than conventional models.
CleanSpace Liner Installation Complete
One key ingredient in our encapsulation system is the CleanSpace® vapor barrier, a super-durable 20-mil plastic sheet designed to permanently prevent moisture, outside air, and pests from entering your crawl space.
Crawl Space Insulation Complete
All the interior products are installed, and this crawl space encapsulation is now complete. Sealing Your Crawl Space controls mold & rot, saves money on utilities, keeps away pests, seals away odors, prevents drafty floors, and increases your home's value while adding additional storage space.
IceGuard and LawnScape System
Water escapes from the IceGuard® fitting only when the discharge line becomes clogged. Otherwise, water flows past the slotted openings into the drain pipe. LawnScape™ is a pipe buried from the downspout to a special LawnScape™ outlet that lets the water out onto the surface while camouflaging the end of the pipe. The lid comes off for easy cleaning. LawnScape™ is best used for downspout extensions over 8' long.
