Failing Crawl Space Supports
When crawl spaces start to sink, the first indication that homeowners begin to notice is cracks around doorways and sticking doors and windows.

Water Damage
These crawl space supports are starting to sink due to excess moisture and water intrusion. You can see from this photo that the concrete block at the bottom of the support is seeping water, and there is water pooling over the old vapor barrier.

SmartJack System
The SmartJack Crawl Space Stabilizer is an adjustable supplemental support system used for sagging crawl spaces. It not only provides supplemental support to your failing structure -- it can also often lift failing floor joists or beams, restoring them to their original position.

Drainage Matting
This dimpled plastic sheet material promotes good drainage over the entire crawl space floor.

Air Leaks and Vents Sealed
All crawl space vents and other air leaks are sealed with SilverGlo panels. Sealing your crawl space vents stops the cycle of cold, humidity, and moisture entering from the outside air.

CleanSpace Vapor Barrier
One key ingredient in our encapsulation system is the CleanSpace® vapor barrier, a super-durable 20-mil plastic sheet designed to permanently prevent moisture, outside air, and pests from entering your crawl space.

TripleSafe Sump Pump
Our most reliable sump pump system, the TripleSafe™ Sump Pump System, provides three levels of protection for your crawl space and your peace of mind. For normal functioning, the TripleSafe™ has a powerful, cast-iron Zoeller® ⅓ horsepower sump pump set at the lowest level. For heavy volumes of water or in case of primary pump failure, a second, more powerful Zoeller® ½ hp pump set a bit higher in the liner will take over.

SaniDry Sedona
The Sedona easily fits in small crawl spaces, yet has a powerful blower to effectively dry large crawl spaces. Mold and mildew are common in crawl spaces, but the Sedona keeps the relative humidity below 55%, so mold won't stand a chance. As a high-efficiency dehumidifier, the Sedona removes more moisture (100 pints per day) for less electricity cost than conventional models.

Stronger Crawl Space Support
All SmartJacks have been installed, and CleanSpace has been installed.

IceGuard and LawnScape System Installed
Water escapes from the IceGuard® fitting only when the discharge line becomes clogged. Otherwise, water flows past the slotted openings into the drain pipe. LawnScape™ is a pipe buried from the downspout to a special LawnScape™ outlet that lets the water out onto the surface while camouflaging the end of the pipe. The lid comes off for easy cleaning. LawnScape™ is best used for downspout extensions over 8' long.
