This customer in Franklin, TN, called Frontier due to sagging floors in their home. To mitigate the situation, we decided on a crawl space encapsulation and SmartJacks to stabilize the crawl space. Once the structure was stabilized with SmartJacks, we started the encapsulation. This included installing a StarPipe crawl space drainage system, drainage matting, CleanSpace liner, and adding a TripleSafe sump pump, a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier, and an IceGuard and LawnScape system that will carry all the captured water out to the yard, away from the structure, to protect the foundation.

Water escapes from the IceGuard® fitting only when the discharge line becomes clogged. Otherwise, water flows past the slotted openings into the drain pipe. LawnScape™ is a pipe buried from the downspout to a special LawnScape™ outlet that lets the water out onto the surface while camouflaging the end of the pipe. The lid comes off for easy cleaning. LawnScape™ is best used for downspout extensions over 8' long.
