Crawl Space During Inspection
During the crawl space inspection, water and moisture damage are visible. Water is pooling on the vapor barrier, and water lines are seen on the foundation walls where the water is seeping out.

Debris in Crawl Space
During the inspection, a lot of debris was seen in the crawl space along with open vents. All of this debris will be removed before the project can start and the vents will have to be covered and sealed.

Moisture Damage
Moisture is starting to make the foundation walls start to crumble. If not addressed, this will cause real structural damage.

Piers Wrapped with CleanSpace
Piers are wrapped in CleanSpace® poly to create a continuous air and moisture barrier.

CleanSpace Vapor Barrier
One key ingredient in our encapsulation system is the CleanSpace® vapor barrier, a super-durable 20-mil plastic sheet designed to permanently prevent moisture, outside air, and pests from entering your crawl space.

Installing The SaniDry Sedona
A TripleSafe® Sump Pump System, combined with a SaniDry® dehumidifier, represents the ultimate in crawl space waterproofing and humidity control.

TripleSafe Sump Pump
Our most reliable sump pump system, the TripleSafe™ Sump Pump System, provides three levels of protection for your basement and your peace of mind. For normal functioning, the TripleSafe™ has a powerful, cast-iron Zoeller® ⅓ horsepower sump pump set at the lowest level. For heavy volumes of water or in case of primary pump failure, a second, more powerful Zoeller® ½ hp pump set a bit higher in the liner will take over.

The SaniDry Sedona
The Sedona easily fits in small crawl spaces, yet has a powerful blower to effectively dry large crawl spaces. Mold and mildew are common in crawl spaces, but the Sedona keeps the relative humidity below 55%, so mold won't stand a chance. As a high-efficiency dehumidifier, the Sedona removes more moisture (100 pints per day) for less electricity cost than conventional models.

IceGuard® Discharge Line Protection
Many sump pump discharge lines are susceptible to freezing during the cold winter months. Our IceGuard® discharge line protection prevents this from happening, with no need for the homeowner to do anything! This specifically designed grated adapter is located outside where the discharge line exits the house. If the pipe underground freezes in the winter, water can still be pumped out without the worry of backups into your basement!

LawnScape™
LawnScape™ is a pipe buried from the downspout to a special LawnScape™ outlet that lets the water out onto the surface while camouflaging the end of the pipe. The lid comes off for easy cleaning. LawnScape™ is best used for downspout extensions over 8' long.
