Crawl Space During Inspection
During the inspection, lots of water is seen in the crawl space, pooling up around the support piers. This will lead to the piers sinking down and a sinking crawl space floor, causing damage to the interior of the home like cracking walls, sticking doors, and windows.

Water Lines
Water lines are also viable on the crawl space piers, which indicates that water is seeping out of the concrete block.

Water Damage
So much water has entered this crawl space that the foam boards are soaking it up. This will soon lead to mold growth. These will be removed and replaced during the encapsulation process.

StarPipe™
StarPipe™ is a custom-engineered drainage system for crawl spaces. StarPipe's™ custom design has slots on each side, providing a drainage track on the bottom. StarPipe's™ unique star shape holds the fabric sleeve in place to prevent dirt from entering the drainage slots.

Drainage Matting Installed
After the debris is removed and the StarPipe installed, the drainage matting is installed over the crawl space floor. This dimpled plastic sheet material promotes good drainage over the entire crawl space floor.

Piers Wrapped
Piers are wrapped in CleanSpace® poly to create a continuous air and moisture barrier.

CleanSpace Vapor Barrier
One key ingredient in our encapsulation system is the CleanSpace® vapor barrier, a super-durable 20-mil plastic sheet designed to permanently prevent moisture, outside air, and pests from entering your crawl space.

SmartJack Install Complete
The SmartJack Crawl Space Stabilizer is an adjustable supplemental support system used for sagging crawl spaces. It not only provides supplemental support to your failing structure -- it can also often lift failing floor joists or beams, restoring them to their original position.

SaniDry™ Sedona Dehumidifier and TripleSafe Sump Pump
A TripleSafe® Sump Pump System (shown here), combined with a SaniDry® dehumidifier, represents the ultimate in crawl space waterproofing and humidity control.

New Crawl Space Door
Our EverLast™ Crawl Space Doors are created with ½" thick solid plastic, and they will never rust, rot, or need paint. Sturdy knobs allow for easy access and ensure a tight seal for many years to come.
