This customer in Nashville, TN, called Frontier due to moisture issues in his crawl space. To mitigate the issue, we completed a crawl space encapsulation. This included installing drainage matting, CleanSpace liner, and SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. We also used RimTite Insulation spray to add extra insulation between the floor joists. We finished this project with a new, airtight EverLast crawl space door.

RimTite insulation is sprayed between the floor joists as an extra layer of layer of insulation in this crawl space.

The SaniDry Sedona

The Sedona easily fits in small crawl spaces, yet has a powerful blower to effectively dry large crawl spaces. Mold and mildew are common in crawl spaces, but the Sedona keeps the relative humidity below 55%, so mold won't stand a chance. As a high-efficiency dehumidifier, the Sedona removes more moisture (100 pints per day) for less electricity cost than conventional models.

New Framing Built

New framing is built out using pressure-treated wood to prepare for the installation of the new crawl space door.
