Drainage Matting
Drainage matting installed. This dimpled plastic sheet material promotes good drainage over the entire crawl space floor.

CleanSpace Installed
One key ingredient in our encapsulation system is the CleanSpace® vapor barrier, a super-durable 20-mil plastic sheet designed to permanently prevent moisture, outside air, and pests from entering your crawl space.

Air Leaks Sealed
All air leaks are sealed off with spray foam insulation. This is to keep the outside air out of the crawl space.

SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier
The Sedona easily fits in small crawl spaces, yet has a powerful blower to effectively dry large crawl spaces. Mold and mildew are common in crawl spaces, but the Sedona keeps the relative humidity below 55%, so mold won't stand a chance. As a high-efficiency dehumidifier, the Sedona removes more moisture (100 pints per day) for less electricity cost than conventional models.

TripleSafe™ Sump Pump System
Our most reliable sump pump system, the TripleSafe™ Sump Pump System, provides three levels of protection for your crawl space and your peace of mind. For normal functioning, the TripleSafe™ has a powerful, cast-iron Zoeller® ⅓ horsepower sump pump set at the lowest level. For heavy volumes of water or in case of primary pump failure, a second, more powerful Zoeller® ½ hp pump set a bit higher in the liner will take over.

SilverGlo Panels
Sealing your crawl space air leaks stops the cycle of cold, humidity, and moisture entering from the outside air.

Vents Sealed
Crawl space vents are sealed off with SilverGlo panels and spray foam insulation to keep any outside air out.

Crawl Space Encapsulation
Encapsulate & Insulate The Crawl Space: To stop moisture from passing through your floors and porous concrete walls, a crawl space liner should be installed. A durable liner will allow for servicemen to use the space without damage while transforming your crawl space into usable storage space. This is also the best time to install crawl space insulation on your walls or floors.

New Framing Built
New framing is built out and spray foam insulation added to the crawl space door area to prepare for the new crawl space door to be installed.

IceGuard® Discharge Line Protection
Many sump pump discharge lines are susceptible to freezing during the cold winter months. Our IceGuard® discharge line protection prevents this from happening, with no need for the homeowner to do anything! This specifically designed grated adapter is located outside where the discharge line exits the house. If the pipe underground freezes in the winter, water can still be pumped out without the worry of backups into your crawl space!
