This customer in Jackson, TN, called us for moisture issues in his crawl space, causing a weakening subfloor. To fix the subfloor issues, we installed our SmartJack system. We then moved on to mitigating the moisture issues. We installed drainage matting on the floors, a CleanSpace vapor barrier, as well as a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier. We finished the project with a new secure crawl space door.

The Sedona easily fits in small crawl spaces, yet has a powerful blower to effectively dry large crawl spaces. Mold and mildew are common in crawl spaces, but the Sedona keeps the relative humidity below 55%, so mold won't stand a chance. As a high-efficiency dehumidifier, the Sedona removes more moisture (100 pints per day) for less electricity cost than conventional models.
