This customer in Greenbrier, TN, contacted Frontier to help with damage caused by a previous project. During this previous project, the crawl space was dug out, and steel posts were installed to support the structure. These posts rotted and fell over, and the ones left standing were sinking due to inadequate support and moisture issues. This also caused the support beams to sag and the joists to pull away. To mitigate these issues, we installed our SmartJack system, a new crawl space drainage system, and a TripleSafe sump pump. Now the structure is stabilized and the moisture is controlled.
