This customer in Westmoreland, TN, called us for moisture issues in his crawl space. To mitigate the moisture issues, we cleaned out all the moisture-soaked insulation and other debris and then started the project. This project involved sealing the vents with SilverGlo panels, installing our StarPipe crawl space drainage system, drainage matting on the floors, CleanSpace vapor barrier, and adding IceGuard and LawnScape drainage systems. To complete the project, we installed a new secure crawl space door.

StarPipe

For normal functioning, the TripleSafe™ has a powerful, cast-iron Zoeller® ⅓ horsepower sump pump set at the lowest level. For heavy volumes of water or in case of primary pump failure, a second, more powerful Zoeller® ½ hp pump set a bit higher in the liner will take over.

IceGuard® Discharge Line Protection

Many sump pump discharge lines are susceptible to freezing during the cold winter months. Our IceGuard® discharge line protection prevents this from happening, with no need for the homeowner to do anything! This specifically designed grated adapter is located outside where the discharge line exits the house. If the pipe underground freezes in the winter, water can still be pumped out without the worry of backups into your crawl space!

LawnScape

LawnScape™ is a pipe buried from the downspout to a special LawnScape™ outlet that lets the water out onto the surface while camouflaging the end of the pipe. The lid comes off for easy cleaning. LawnScape™ is best used for downspout extensions over 8' long.
