Crawl Space During Inspection
Moisture, mold and falling, failing insulation are problems in this crawl space, which hasn't been properly sealed.

Moisture Damage
Moisture damage is visible in this crawl space. From water lines on the concrete block wall to the mud on the old vapor barrier.

Moisture Levels
Measuring moisture and humidity levels in the crawl space. This level is high, and the perfect breeding ground for mold and wood rot.

StarPipe™
StarPipe™ is a custom-engineered drainage system for crawlspaces. StarPipe's™ custom design has slots on each side, providing a drainage track on the bottom. StarPipe's™ unique star shape holds the fabric sleeve in place to prevent dirt from entering drainage slots.

Drainage Matting Installed
This dimpled plastic sheet material promotes good drainage over the entire crawl space floor. Water will flow underneath it into the StarPipe, then carried to the sump pump and pumped out of the crawl space.

Piers Wrapped
Piers are wrapped in CleanSpace® poly to create a continuous air and moisture barrier.

CleanSpace Vapor Barrier
One key ingredient in our encapsulation system is the CleanSpace® vapor barrier, a super-durable 20-mil plastic sheet designed to permanently prevent moisture, outside air, and pests from entering your crawl space.

TripleSafe Sump Pump
A TripleSafe® Sump Pump System (shown here), combined with a SaniDry® dehumidifier, represents the ultimate in crawl space waterproofing and humidity control.

SilverGlo Panels
Air leaks are sealed with SilverGlo panels and spray foam insulation to keep all the outside air out.

The SaniDry Sedona
The Sedona easily fits in small crawl spaces, yet has a powerful blower to effectively dry large crawl spaces. Mold and mildew are common in crawl spaces, but the Sedona keeps the relative humidity below 55%, so mold won't stand a chance. As a high-efficiency dehumidifier, the Sedona removes more moisture (100 pints per day) for less electricity cost than conventional models.
