Checking Floor Levels
Using a level to see where the floor is sloping and by how much. This will help us determine where support jacks are needed to stabilize and lift these floors back up.

Doors Sticking
Sometimes, crawl space support pillars are built on soils that are not strong enough to support the weight of your home. Over time, these supports will begin to sink into the soil. As they do, the floor they hold up will sink as well, leading to uneven floors and interior wall cracking and sticking doors and windows.

Mold Growth
Mold is starting to grow on the wooden floor joists, this will be treated and mitigated before any waterproofing and structural supports are installed.

Crawl Space During Inspection
Moisture, mold and falling, failing insulation are problems in this crawl space, which hasn't been properly sealed.

Moisture Levels
Checking moisture and humidity levels in the crawl space. These levels are a breeding ground for mold growth and wood rot. This needs to be addressed before the issues already present get worse.

Drainage Matting Installed
Drainage matting installed. This dimpled plastic sheet material promotes good drainage over the entire crawl space floor.

CleanSpace
One key ingredient in our encapsulation system is the CleanSpace® vapor barrier, a super-durable 20-mil plastic sheet designed to permanently prevent moisture, outside air, and pests from entering your crawl space.

SmartJack Install
The SmartJack Crawl Space Stabilizer is an adjustable supplemental support system used for sagging crawl spaces. It not only provides supplemental support to your failing structure -- it can also often lift failing floor joists or beams, restoring them to their original position.

TripleSafe Sump Pump
Our most reliable sump pump system, the TripleSafe™ Sump Pump System, provides three levels of protection for your crawl space and your peace of mind. For normal functioning, the TripleSafe™ has a powerful, cast-iron Zoeller® ⅓ horsepower sump pump set at the lowest level. For heavy volumes of water or in case of primary pump failure, a second, more powerful Zoeller® ½ hp pump set a bit higher in the liner will take over.

IceGuard and LawnScape
Water escapes from the IceGuard® fitting only when the discharge line becomes clogged. Otherwise, water flows past the slotted openings into the drain pipe. LawnScape™ is a pipe buried from the downspout to a special LawnScape™ outlet that lets the water out onto the surface while camouflaging the end of the pipe. The lid comes off for easy cleaning. LawnScape™ is best used for downspout extensions over 8' long.
