Crawl Space Repair Photo Album: Crawl Space Repair in Cedar Hill, TN

This customer in Cedar Hill, TN, called Frontier due to sagging floors and sticking doors. We decided on a crawl space encapsulation and SmartJacks to stabilize the crawl space. Once the structure was stabilized with SmartJacks, we started the encapsulation. This included installing an EZ Flow drainage system, drainage matting, CleanSpace liner, and adding a TripleSafe sump pump, a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier, and an IceGuard and Lawnscape system that will carry all the water captured out to the yard away from the structure to protect the foundation.

Crawl Space During Inspection

During the crawl space inspection, we could see sagging floor joists, debris all over the crawl space, open vents and more. All of these things explain whu the floor above is sinking and the doors are sticking.

Moisture Issues

Moisture issues are visible in this photo. Water is seeping out of the concrete block wall, this will need to be sealed to mitigate the moisture issues.

Debris Removed

Crawl space after all the debris is removed. Now we can start installing the SmartJack system and waterproofing products.

EZ Flow

EZ Flow Crawl Space Drainage System is installed to prevent flooding in this dirt crawl space. EZ Flow features a filter fabric with holes on the top and front to accept water from the soil and surface of your crawl space. The pipe also collects water seepage from the crawl space walls and the footing/wall joint.

Drainage Matting Installed
