Crawl Space Repair Photo Album: Crawl Space Repair in Goodlettsville, TN

This customer in Goodlettsville, TN called us for moisture issues in his crawl space. We decided to do a complete crawl space encapsulation. This project includes removing all the old moisture-damaged debris, adding drainage matting to the floors, covering the entire crawl space with our CleanSpace liner, and adding a TripleSafe sump pump, a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier, SilverGlo panels to cover the crawl space vents, and IceGuard drainage lines. We finished the project by connecting a LawnScape system that will carry all the water captured out to the yard away from the structure to protect the foundation.

Sanidry Sedona

The Sedona easily fits in small crawl spaces, yet has a powerful blower to effectively dry large crawl spaces. Mold and mildew are common in crawl spaces, but the Sedona keeps the relative humidity below 55%, so mold won't stand a chance. As a high-efficiency dehumidifier, the Sedona removes more moisture (100 pints per day) for less electricity cost than conventional models.
