Crawl Space During Inspection
Moisture, mold and falling, failing insulation are problems in this crawl space, which hasn't been properly sealed. Crawl space sealing and insulation will help you avoid unnecessary repairs, create a healthier living space, and save money on your utility bills. And once you've encapsulated your crawl space with a vapor barrier, you've gained valuable storage space in your home.

Moisture Damage
Signs of moisture are visible in this crawl space. The water lines on the bottom of the concrete block walls and the muddy floors on top of the vapor barrier are indications that there is moisture damage.

Debris Removal
The old vapor barrier and all other debris are removed from the crawl space before the products for this project are installed.

SmartJack Floor Plate
The SmartJack Crawl Space Stabilizer is an adjustable supplemental support system used for sagging crawl spaces. It not only provides supplemental support to your failing structure -- it can also often lift failing floor joists or beams, restoring them to their original position.

Drainage Matting Installed
This dimpled plastic sheet material promotes good drainage over the entire crawl space floor. Then piers are wrapped in CleanSpace® poly to create a continuous air and moisture barrier.

Stronger Crawl Space Support
Our crawl space support system can support vertical loads exceeding 60,000 pounds, which is far stronger than conventional concrete repairs.

Versatile Installation
The SmartJack 's portable size allows it to be installed in even the tightest of crawl spaces.

Superior Support
Our support jacks do more than merely halt the downward movement of your floor. The SmartJack may also be adjusted to try to lift the floor above to its original position.

CleanSpace Installed
One key ingredient in our encapsulation system is the CleanSpace® vapor barrier, a super-durable 20-mil plastic sheet designed to permanently prevent moisture, outside air, and pests from entering your crawl space

The SaniDry Sedona
The Sedona easily fits in small crawl spaces, yet has a powerful blower to effectively dry large crawl spaces. Mold and mildew are common in crawl spaces, but the Sedona keeps the relative humidity below 55%, so mold won't stand a chance. As a high-efficiency dehumidifier, the Sedona removes more moisture (100 pints per day) for less electricity cost than conventional models.
