This customer in Clarksville, TN called Frontier concerned about a sinking crawl space floor. To mitigate the moisture issue causing the floor sagging we installed our SmartJack System to stabilize and lift the structure back up. Once that was complete we addressed the moisture issues by cleaning out all the debris, installing Drainage matting, covering the crawl space in CleanSpace liner, installing a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier, and sealing the crawl space vents and any other air leaks with SilverGlo panels and spray foam insulation. These products will work together to keep the crawl space dry.
