This customer in Nashville, TN called Frontier due to moisture issues in their crawl space. They also had some sinking and settlement issues. After we addressed the structural issues by installing our SmartJack system, we moved on to mitigating the moisture issues by completing a crawl space encapsulation. First, we removed all the debris, then we installed Drainage matting, completely covered the crawl space in CleanSpace liner, added a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier, and sealed off all air leaks and vents with SilverGlo panels and spray foam insulation. We finished the project with a new EverLast crawl space door.
