Water Intrustion
Muddy liner and efflorescence indicate that water is entering the crawl space through the foundation wall.
Microbial Growth
High humidity has led to microbial growth on the organic matter within the crawl space.
Drainage System Installation
Water intrusion indicated the need for a drainage system in the crawl space. Pipes are placed around the perimeter of the space to collect incoming water and send it to the sump pump.
Soda Blasting and Drainage Matting
Soda blasting removes the mold from floor joists and boards. Drainage matting sits beneath the CleanSpace liner to let water flow toward the drainage system.
CleanSpace Liner
Once complete, the CleanSpace liner creates a clean, white environment. The space is safer for maintenance and protected from moisture damage.
Spray Foam Insulation
Spray foam insulation is used to seal joints between the floor system and the foundation when a proper seal does not exist.
TripleSafe Sump Pump
The TripleSafe Sump Pump collects and removes water from the drainage system. Drainage lines take the water to the lowest side of the home so water does not return to the space.
SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier
Since high humidity was a key problem for this home, the SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier was installed to create a drier environment under the home.
Electrical System
Frontier's electricians ensure installed appliances have access to power.
EverLast Door
The EverLast Door prevents humid air from entering the opening and is easily removed when access is needed.
