Efflorescence was seen on the foundation wall where water had traveled through the foundation block.

The design specialist found standing water on the existing liner in the crawl space.
Drainage Matting Installation
The crew installs drainage matting underneath the CleanSpace to allow moisture to move towards the sump pump.
Full Encapsulation
The finished encapsulation features the white CleanSpace covering the floor, walls, and piers of the crawl space. The liner prevents moisture from entering the space through the ground and walls.
TripleSafe Sump Pump
The TripleSafe sump pump sits two feet in the ground to collect and remove water before it rises into the crawl space.
SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier
Moisture in the air is removed by the SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier and removed through the sump pump.
IceGuard Outlet
The sump pump removes water through the IceGuard to allow water to escape if a blockage occurs further down the line.
Electrical Work
Frontier's electrician installed outlets to ensure power for the sump pump and dehumidifier.
