Our crew came out and executed a targeted floor stabilization and total crawl space encapsulation project. Our crew installed SmartJack crawl space stabilizers directly beneath the failing subfloor to support the kitchen island and adjacent doorway, successfully lifting both areas back to a level position. We then completed a full crawl space encapsulation using a CleanSpace vapor barrier system to isolate the home from ground moisture and humidity.
