To restore stability and eliminate moisture beneath a customer's home in Cullman, AL, Frontier completed a structural support and full encapsulation project spanning both the primary crawl space and an adjacent crawl space/basement area. Our crew installed SmartJack crawl space stabilizers beneath the sinking center load-bearing wall separating the kitchen and living room, successfully lifting the floor back toward its original level position. To prevent future moisture damage, we encapsulated both lower areas, installed a high-efficiency dehumidifier, and secured the entire perimeter with a new crawl space door and a full-size entry door to maintain a dry, stable environment.
