Improper drainage
The drainage is not placed away from the home, allowing water to sit at the base of the home and push into the crawl space.
Pooling Water
Standing water was accumulating under the home, which could lead to mold growth on the floor structure and sinking of crawl space piers.
StarPipe Drainage
Frontier crews installed drainage pipe around the perimeter of the crawl space to collect water as it enters.
Sealing CleanSpace
CleanSpace is sealed to the crawl space wall to ensure air does not evaporate from underneath the liner into the space.
Drainage Matting
Drainage matting is installed underneath CleanSpace liner to allow the free flow of water under the liner.
LawnScape Outlet
The LawnScape outlet is placed downhill from the home, so discharged water does not return to the crawl space.
IceGuard
Water leaves the crawl space through the IceGuard, which ensures water can still drain if the line becomes blocked.
SilverGlo and RimTite
SilverGlo panels and RimTite insulation are used to seal joints around the HVAC duct and prevent external air from entering the space.
Full Encapsulation
The completed encapsulation covers the floor, piers, and walls of the crawl space to seal the area off from outside moisture.
TripleSafe Sump Pump
The TripleSafe sump pump collects water from the drainage system and discards it outside the home.
