A customer in Paducah, KY, called Frontier after dealing with a persistent musty smell in their home. After inspection, we discovered high moisture levels in the crawl space causing the issue. We decided to complete a crawl space encapsulation to mitigate the problem. We began by installing our StarPipe crawl space drainage system, drainage matting, CleanSpace liner, and sealing the crawl space vents. After that, we installed our TripleSafe sump pump and SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. We finished this project by installing an IceGuard and LawnScape drainage system.
