Using a laser level, the design specialist confirmed the floors were uneven. In the crawl space, he found the floor joists lacked proper support, along with moisture intrusion and mold growth. The Frontier crew installed two SmartJacks to lift and support the affected floors. To protect the wood long-term, existing mold was removed with soda blasting. Drainage Matting was installed along the crawl space floor, followed by a CleanSpace liner to encapsulate the space. A SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier was added to control humidity, and an EverLast door was installed to help seal the crawl space from outside air.

Mold was removed from the wood joists and boards using soda blasting, a non-toxic method that kills mold at the root.

Drainage matting is installed underneath CleanSpace liner to allow water to flow laterally towards the drainage system.

The SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier was installed to reduce humidity levels. The TripleSafe Sump Pump removes water from the drainage systems and sends it outside the home.

Drainage Outlet

The sump pump removes water from the crawl space and releases it through a LawnScape Outlet. An IceGuard is installed to ensure water can still flow out if the line becomes blocked.
