A customer in Alvaton, KY, contacted Frontier to address dampness, mold, and mildew issues in their crawl space. We decided on a crawl space encapsulation to address these issues. This included installing drainage matting and a CleanSpace vapor barrier. We also sealed the crawl space vents with SilverGlo panels, installed a TripleSafe sump pump, a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier, and our StarPipe crawl space drainage system. We finished up the project with an IceGuard and LawnScape exterior drainage setup and a new secure crawl space door.

Crawl Space During Inspection
