A customer in Hopkinsville, KY, contacted Frontier because the customer thought one wall's footer may have failed, as the wall has lots of gaps and cracks in the brick veneer. The slope of the concrete slab porch had also reversed. For the porch, we resealed the joints with NexesPro. For the foundational issues, we installed SmartJacks for stabilization and completed encapsulation to eliminate moisture that was causing the original beams to sink.
