Crawl Space During Inspection
During the inspection we could see the old vapor barrier not working, it is covered in mud, Moisture on the wall is also visible and making the dirt at the bottom of the wall muddy.
Moisture Issues
In this photo you can see the water is leaking through the cavities in the concrete block wall. You can tell by the water lines at the bottom of the block.
Water Intrusion
Water is clearly visible on the crawl space floor. It was very muddy.

IceGuard and LawnScape System
Water escapes from the IceGuard® fitting only when the discharge line becomes clogged. Otherwise, water flows past the slotted openings into the drain pipe. LawnScape™ is a pipe buried from the downspout to a special LawnScape™ outlet that lets the water out onto the surface while camouflaging the end of the pipe. The lid comes off for easy cleaning. LawnScape™ is best used for downspout extensions over 8' long.
