By upgrading their home with our signature encapsulation system, including the StarPipe drainage system, CleanSpace liner, and a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier, we’ve created a sealed, moisture-free environment. StarPipe™ is a custom-engineered drainage system for crawl spaces. StarPipe's™ custom design has slots on each side, providing a drainage track on the bottom. StarPipe's™ unique star shape holds the fabric sleeve in place to prevent dirt from entering drainage slots.

The SaniDry Sedona

Mold and mildew are common in crawl spaces, but the Sedona keeps the relative humidity below 55%, so mold won't stand a chance. As a high-efficiency dehumidifier, the Sedona removes more moisture (100 pints per day) for less electricity cost than conventional models.

Our EverLast™ Crawl Space Doors are created with ½" thick solid plastic, and they will never rust, rot, or need paint. Sturdy knobs allow for easy access and ensure a tight seal for many years to come.

IceGuard and LawnScape System Installation

Water escapes from the IceGuard fitting only when the discharge line becomes clogged. Otherwise, water flows past the slotted openings into the drain pipe. LawnScape is a pipe buried from the downspout to a special LawnScape outlet that lets the water out onto the surface while camouflaging the end of the pipe. The lid comes off for easy cleaning. LawnScape is best used for downspout extensions over 8' long.
