Humidity over 60% allows mold to grow in the crawl space. This mold will release spores that can travel into the rest of the home.

A TripleSafe Sump Pump was installed to remove excess groundwater from the home. The battery backup allows the pump to operate even during a power outage.

Water Expulsion

The sump pump expels water through an IceGuard and out a LawnScape Outlet. The outlet is placed 8 feet downhill from the home to ensure water doesn't return to the crawl space.
