To help manage water entering the crawl space, the Frontier team installed a drainage system connected to a TripleSafe sump pump with battery backup protection. The system discharges through an IceGuard fitting and LawnScape Outlet to help keep water moving away from the home. To further protect the crawl space from ground moisture and humidity, the space was encapsulated with drainage matting and CleanSpace liner along the floors and walls. A SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier was also installed to help control humidity over the long term and create a drier, healthier crawl space environment.
