This customer in Hopkinsville, KY, called Frontier due to moisture issues and failing supports in their crawl space. We decided on a crawl space encapsulation to address the moisture and SmartJacks to stabilize the crawl space. Once the structure was stabilized with our SmartJack system, we started the encapsulation process. This included installing our Crawl Space drainage system, drainage matting, CleanSpace liner, a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier, and a TripleSafe sump pump. We finished with an IceGuard and LawnScape system.

IceGuard and LawnScape System

Water escapes from the IceGuard® fitting only when the discharge line becomes clogged. Otherwise, water flows past the slotted openings into the drain pipe. LawnScape™ is a pipe buried from the downspout to a special LawnScape™ outlet that lets the water out onto the surface while camouflaging the end of the pipe. The lid comes off for easy cleaning. LawnScape™ is best used for downspout extensions over 8' long.
