During the inspection, the design specialist confirmed standing water and found efflorescence on the foundation walls, a sign that water was moving through the concrete. To address the issue, the Frontier crew installed a drainage system around the entire perimeter of the crawl space. Due to the size of the home, the system was connected to two TripleSafe sump pumps placed in different areas. Collected water is discharged through an IceGuard and LawnScape Outlet. The crawl space was then encapsulated with drainage matting along the floor and a CleanSpace liner installed on the floors, walls, and piers. A SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier was added to control humidity and help keep the space dry long term.

Drainage matting is installed underneath CleanSpace liner. It's custom-fit to the home's crawl space and allows water to flow laterally towards the drainage system.

Encapsulation was completed with CleanSpace liner, which covers the walls, floor, and piers of the crawl space.
